OK, I am 72 years old and just about seen everything in my very busy life, however, Head-On Renewables showed me I still have a great many wonderful experiences ahead. Rarely do you find a company that has such great customer care. Right from the first contact with the lovely Chloe and then to the fabulous efficient Clare and to then top it all the absolutely brilliant young Tom who sorted out our problem with the solar panel system in no time at all. I had searched for many days, high and low for someone to come and sort out our problem, the only contact I had (Other than Head-on) that were prepared to consider helping was sadly dire, they could only come after 1 month and they required a large sum up front to even make a booking and they acted as if they were doing me a great favor. WITH HEAD-ON RIGHT FROM THE START I FELT THAT I WAS GOING TO BE LOOKED AFTER AND I HAD CONFIDENCE THAT ALL WOULD BE WELL, WHAT A RELIEF. Head-on Renewables put additional panels on my roof to supplement the ones we had already. The work was done in a day and the people you sent were competent and helpful. That was on 5 April 2023. I am confident that over the next few years we will see the benefit.

Spoke with Head-on Renewable’s about installation of solar panels and battery storage from the first phone call I found them to be completely professional.
There installation engineer came out to my property at the time he said on the phone for the first consultation and talked me through all the options for best results for my needs.
From the first phone call to the engineers at my property this was totally professional and the engineers are a credit to the company.
Spoke again to their engineer and asked a few question about installation he was more than happy to answer all my questions (which there was a few) at that point I agreed that I would go ahead.Next day contract/paperwork was sent through and agreed date was set for work to start. Installation engineers came on the date agreed and promptly started to fit the system.
The system is 24 panels and 10Kw battery storage and looks smart I can’t believe I didn’t go for it years ago, I now use less then 5Kw from the grid a week and with 2 kids at home leaving lights and TV’s. I’m more then happy with the results energy bill is now in credit and keeps coming down which is only a good thing in these challenging times.
